This is my second jar of amazing organic's himalyan Shilajit. I no longer have to pay exorbitant prices on supplements as this makes me feel great. Which at my age (late 60's) is miraculous 😏 The taste is yuccy but as the lady says keep ít warm as like very thick treacle and stir a TSP of honey in half a cup of very hot water
It took about a month, but now I have more energy and feel great overall. I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend it.
